Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only of unworn, tagged pieces for up to 7 days of receiving your clothes. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

Before shipment, you must notify us of your return or exchange by sending us an email to info@del-marte.com. We ask that you include the return tracking information in the message body. 

Our team will be checking the item and will then proceed to issue your refund, if it's not damaged. 

*Note that we do not cover return shipping costs*

Our pieces are carefully handmade and we make a selection of the best materials, in order to achieve a quality product. In order to preserve it to its best, we recommend that you Only Dry clean.
