RETURN, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING POLICY

RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love the Out Of This World item you purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will return/exchange the item within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Del Marte will issue a refund for regular priced merchandise that meets the conditions below:

• Returned items must have all original tags attached.
• Returned items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
• Return and exchange items must include the original packaging intact:  box, dust bag, jewelry box, and/or bags.
• All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Just a reminder… Returned shipment charges will be the returnees responsibility.
Written notice to  must be made in case of any returns or exchanges.
We cannot take responsibility for any item lost while being returned.

Del Marte is not responsible for the incorrect address indicated on the invoice, so please double check the mailing address before checking out. If an unclaimed package is returned, Del Marte reserves the right to re-bill you for re-shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you would like, before returning your original purchase to ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once your return is received, we will process a full refund for the cost of the returned item (less the shipping) and an email will be sent with details. To ensure quick and easy exchanges, be sure to reach out to  before placing your new order.

SHIPPING

Our products are shipped within 1-4 BUSINESS Days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS & FedEx. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3301 NE 1st Ave #2807 Miami, Fl 33137. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over the amount of $150, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
